This week’s cocktail: Pomegranate Margarita

Sunday’s Super Bowl required Texas beef chili and corn bread.  What better snack for afternoon cooking than guacamole, chips and an icy cold margarita?

Our pomegranate variation is simple.

in a small pitcher combine:

3/4 cup pomegranate juice

3/4 cup triple sec

1 1/2 cups white tequila

juice of one lime
